Background
Born in New York and raised in Connecticut, Rob moved to Prescott in 1992 and earned a bachelor’s degree from Prescott College in 1996 in psychology, with an emphasis in environmental issues and education. Before becoming a REALTOR®, Rob was the Director of Operations and helped to launch the Ecosa Institute, a non-profit school founded in 1999 to train professionals and college level architecture and design students about energy efficient, environmentally sound building design and master planning, otherwise known as Sustainable Design and Green Building. Rob became a REALTOR in 2005 and learned the business under the mentorship of Steve Collins, a legendary Prescott Realtor and Broker for over 35 years.
Interests
I love mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking and camping and disc golf and pretty much anything outdoors or sports related. I volunteer with the local Boys to Men mentoring program and have had a lifelong dedication to environmental causes. I’ve played electric bass guitar since 1984 in numerous bands and love to cook. I treasure my family and friends and receive great satisfaction from helping and contributing to the happiness and well-being of others.
Philosophy
I am very detail oriented and pride myself on providing extremely prompt and accurate information exceeding the expectations of my clients. As a Realtor I believe that choosing the right real estate agent is the first step in purchasing or selling a property. Not all agents are the same. When it comes to deciding on an agent to work with, it’s critical that you develop a comfortable working relationship with an experienced agent that listens to your specific needs and wants, and responds promptly with accurate, detailed information and resources with immediate action when it counts (which is always!).
